Where are the best Restaurants in Torrance, CA?

El Pollo Inka has been a favorite of mine for a long time.

Peruvian Food with a California twist.

They have locations in Gardena, Torrance, Lawndale, and Rolling Hills.

My favorite one is in Rolling Hills.  It's a beautiful restaurant with awesome food and service.

What is happening with Old Torrance?

What is happening with Old Torrance? I am really concerned about the business condition of the downtown Torrance area AKA Old Torrance.  As I walk around talking to business owners I get the same story over and over.... Not enough parking and people just keep on driving.  Parking is an issue.  One could argue that parking is available down the street and around the corner, but who wants to walk a couple blocks just to park? Also, the business mix isn't conducive to a great retail turn out. We have a mish mosh of random retailers that don't really help feed each other.  Change needs to happen if we want the downtown area to succeed.
